Items may be returned for a refund based on the following:

*  Returns must be received in new condition - unwashed, unworn, makeup and deodorant free, smoke free, stain free, and tag ATTACHED.

*  No returns of earrings due to hygiene reasons.

*  All sales of merchandise that have been marked down are returnable for store credit only.

*  No returns on marked down items that are additionally discounted through a sale.  

*  All items marked (Final Sale) in the description are NOT returnable.

*  Merchandise must be postmarked within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date shown on your order's tracking number.  Full refund (not including shipping) will be issued within 3 business days.

*  Buyer pays return shipping on all returns

*  We suggest adding tracking to your order, so you can verify delivery.  You may ship your return via USPS, UPS, or FED EX.
